Cancellation and Refund

At 11onestore.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Process

  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Return the Item : Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a track-able shipping method. Include the RA number on the package
  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
  • Refund Decision: We will notify you of the status of your refund request after inspecting the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 15 days.

Returns:

You have 1 Week to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
